Here we provide you with the tools required to introduce, launch, run and manage your rewards and recognition programme. At this stage we customise all collateral and electronic requirements to your company. We design the communication collateral and decide what performance and behaviours will be measured throughout the programme delivery.

 

 

We decide in conjunction with our client what communications are to be delivered by the Gistics Group to their employees the frequency of such communications and context of the communications. These are planned into the annual programme and agreed upon.

 

Prior to the commencement of the programme, our client decides which performance areas will be measured and how they will be measured. These are relayed to the Gistics Group, so that we can populate the collateral and electronic programme material, in order to communicate to the employees. These “TRIGGER®” categories are at the discretion of the client entirely.

 

 

 

The Gistics Group will change electronic web material upon instruction from our client when it comes to the rewards and recognition updates. The inclusion or scores into our system for generation of score cards for the “competing” entities will be done within our platform, and communicated back to the client OR distributed to the staff compliment as directed by the client.
